This website titled Bomber’s Dugout Shop is operated by Abilene Sports and Entertainment and the Abilene Flying Bison Baseball Club (collectively “FLYING BISON”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the FLYING BISON.
At Bomber’s Dugout Shop, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our fans. Below is our general shipping policy:
SHIPPING PROCESSING TIME
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Delays: Please note, there may be delays during peak season, special promotions, or when a high volume of orders is received. If delays occur, we will notify you via email.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES
Standard Shipping (within [United States]): Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. There is a flat rate of $8 for shipping.Â
International Shipping: Currently the FLYING BISON do not offer international shipping. Please contact us at shop@abileneflyingbison.com to inquire about international shipping.
Lost or Damaged Items:
Lost Packages – If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact us at shop@abileneflyingbison.com and we will assist in tracking your order.
Damaged Items – If any items arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Order Changes or Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled. To cancel an order, please contact shop@abileneflyingbison.com.Â
