Refund policy

Returns and Refunds: 
The FLYING BISON do not issue returns or refunds on merchandise and/or apparel.

Exchanges:
We accept in-person exchanges at our office during business hours (10am-4pm, Monday through Friday)

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
